Over the five year span of the contract Michael’s Tree & Loader did an excellent job. The contract had a penalty clause for missed service calls and not once during the five years did Michael’s Tree & Loader exceed the threshold where a penalty was enforced. In fact, they set a new standard for the low number of service calls.
Finally, Michael Potts is a very hands on owner and knowledgeable of tree removal methods and the federal requirements for storm debris removal. He is hard working — oftentimes climbing onto the equipment to ensure that the job gets done.
